What ever happened to Global *WARMING*

I mean really, this is getting ridiculous. We've just got about 50 cm of snow on Saturday on top of the other 100 that we got in the last week (ok, maybe not 100, but at least another 50!!) and we're supposed to get more... which brings back the question:

WHERE IS THE GLOBAL WARMING EFFECT??? We should be getting excessively warmer weather, not colder, icier, crazier, snowier weather. It's Global WARMING... not COOLING! Sheesh, we've always on the losing end...

See for yourself... This is the view from my window some two weeks ago, last Saturday morning and finally Sunday morning after the storm... need I say more???

I can't believe how cold it is today! I mean it was sooo nice last week!

Why the sudden drop? I can't stand it anymore! I want spring and I want it now!

I hate work! I want to go home now!!



I wonder when I'll stop acting my shoe size and start acting my age... Someday soon... hopefully... especially at work... No one like working around 5 year olds!!

What to do, what to do?

It's the great white tundra outside, it's wet, it's gross, the streets are slushly *and* icy at the same time. What's a poor Canadian to do in these circumstances?

I wonder...

Hmm, you know, I was thinking yesterday (yes it happens once in a while), I spent the entire day in the office without talking to anyone, without any meetings. I've had a few phone calls and email conversations, but that's it... I wonder, would anyone have noticed if I had stayed home???

I think not. Which begs the question: Why bother showing up in the first place? I could have done all my work from home, in my PJs... Oh well.... That won't last much longer, I just found out today that I will be spending most of March out of town, split between Vancouver and Edmonton... interesting I suppose...

It's the weekend! Hurrah! Let's celebrate! Hurray!

Why go to the office?

Do you know what I love about working from home? It's just that, being home!

I don't have to get up early and, don't need to spend 45 minutes to get into the office and the best of all... I get to work in my PJs!

What do I think about working from home? The greatest discovery since well... the discovery of fire...

Ok, and the use of the internet and email, I mean how else would working from home well... work! haha

Hmm, what was I thinking?

Do you know? I don't. Oh well. :) We'll see what comes out of this blogging thing. Maybe we'll meet on 11am_street? Who knows...
